breakthrough

One morning last week while on the porch at Guana Cay, my friend Pepper began to ask me questions about the next 10 years.

I hate it when he does that.  I love it when he does that.  I made a commitment to have a “breakthrough” in nutrition over the next 24 months.

Before we left the island, I made my public promise to Molly, Pepper, Gwen, Raina and Chip.

My goal is to “eat to live and lead” and loose 40 pounds that would leave me at 205 pounds.  A “breakthrough” indeed!

I will be journaling my progress here.  My first step is to begin the dialog.  I placed this bracelet on my wrist this morning to remind me each day of the promise I have made.
